as soon as i receive your order, i analyse it and inform you about the date you are supposed to receive by e-mail the first versions of your graphics (as low-resolution logos) and about the payment method. for web design, we will start by discussing the best structure of your site.

initial versions of the logo are generally delivered by e-mail within 10 working days from the confirmation date of the order. if you are satisfied so far, i continue working on your graphics. each revision takes about 5 working days delivery time.

web design may require longer time and more e-mail exchange.

if you decide you are not satisfied, you will not have to pay anything and will agree not to use any of the graphics delivered. if you are happy with your logo/website, the final versions of the files are sent to you by e-mail upon receipt of payment confirmation.

all requests will be treated with highest attention; while i will do my best efforts to send your graphics in time, please note that deadlines are taken in an approximate sense.
